Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only (no refunds) under the following conditions:

• Products can be exchanged for:
  • The same product, or
  • A different product of equal or higher value
• An additional ₹200 exchange processing fee is applicable.
• Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
  
  
  

Shipping for Exchange

• • We do not provide reverse pickup service.
  • Customers are required to self-ship the product to our warehouse address.
  • Courier charges must be borne by the customer.
  • Kindly ensure you mention your Order ID clearly on the parcel.
    

    
    

Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for exchange:

• The product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Items without tags will not be accepted
